O - Rings

O-RINGS are solid-rubber, doughnut shaped seals. When pressed between two mating surfaces, O-rings block the passage of liquids or gases. O-rings can form a static or dynamic seals. A static seal is where the O-ring does not move and is used simply for containing pressure or maintaining a vacuum. Dynamic seals can be reciprocating (like a piston and cylinder), or rotating (shaft rotating in a housing). Axial squeeze and radial squeeze are two methods for applying an O-ring. An axial squeeze is when the ring is compressed parallel to a line drawn through the center or axis of the ring.
O-rings are typically available in standard sizes as per industry standards. These include "AS568" standard sizes (001-475), British Standard Metric Sizes, JIS Standard Sizes, JASO Standard Sizes, AS871, and custom. When custom o-rings are required, the width or Thickness, Insider Diameter, and Outside Diameter are important to consider. Common materials of construction for o-rings include Aflas, Viton, Silicon, Hypalon, EPDM, TPR, NBR, Neoprene, PTFE, PU, SBR & NATURAL.

Hydraulic Seals

SEALS are used to create a barrier between a rotating and a stationary surface. They function to retain or separate lubricants or fluids, keep out contamination, and contain pressure. V-Ring seals are all rubber seals used primarily to exclude dirt and other contaminants. Wipers are flexible lip exclusion seals. They are used to wipe contaminants from a shaft. Scraper exclusion seals have a scraping edge that maintains contact with the rod regardless of any rod deflection or motion. Hydraulic seals and pneumatic seals are designed for the reciprocating motion that is common in hydraulic and pneumatic applications, such as cylinders. Rod seals   Piston seals are radial seals. The seal is fit onto a shaft with the sealing lip contacting the housing bore. Double acting or bi-directional seals are effective when sealing in both directions.

Plastic Washers

We hold expertise in manufacturing of durable Plastic Washers, which are made available in "ULP 302/402" range. Our washers are manufactured to cater to the requirements of various sectors and are produced in the diameter of 1 3/4". Further, CRC Sheet is used for manufacturing of these washer, which have countersunk central through-hole. These mechanical fastening washer can be customized in accordance with the details provided by the clients.
We offer Washers, which are available in different sizes and specification to meet the requirement of automobile and railway industries. Designed in line with defined industry standard, our range is highly appreciated for corrosion resistance and durability. We also offer customization on our range as per the demands of clients.

Sponge Washers

We are produced wide range of parts in Sponge Washers, including silicone washers, gaskets, seals and silicone sheeting. Furthermore, a self adhesive backing can be applied to one or both faces to aid in the application process. High temperature adhesives are readily available where appropriate. Sponge Washers strip are readily available in custom pre cut lengths or in silicone sponge strip coils at any given length, width and thickness. Furthermore, silicone sponge gaskets can be manufactured to any given shape to suit a particular application.

Gaskets

GASKETS are used to prevent fluid or gas leaks by providing a barrier between two mating surfaces. The gasket must be able to maintain a seal under pressure and temperature changes. Some gaskets can also be used to shield against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.
Common types of gaskets include sheet die-cut & molded. In a sheet die cut gasket the gasket material is a flat sheet that can be cut prior to assembly or is already die-cut from flat gasket material. Important specifications to consider when searching for gaskets include maximum operating pressure & operating temperature. Important size dimensions to consider when specifying washers include inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness or working height, and rated or working load. Common materials of construction for gaskets include Aflas, VITON, SILICON, HYPALON, EPDM, TPR, NBR, NEOPRENE, PTFE, PU, SBR & NATURAL. The hardness rating on a Shore A scale for Gaskets can be 30 ~ 95 Durometer. Exact specifications should be clarified by our engineers, as chemical and physical properties of Gaskets can differ based on manufacturing technique.

Wicket Wire Washers

All of our Wicket Wires are available with or without washers (rubber grommets). These washers are commonly used in the process of manufacturing Wicket Wire Bags. All Wicket Wire Washers are sold according to weight that equates to approximately 1000pcs. Wicket Wire Washers are included with Wicket Wires when ordered according to the product numbers below.
Standard U-Shaped Wicket Wires are used extensivley in food packaging processes, in addition to many other retail environments. Our Steel Wicket Wires are manufactured using clean Galvanized 12 gauge wire. Wicket Wire Quality Assurance includes manufacturing Wire Wickets to specifications in an environment that considers one of the end users to be food packaging and other retail packaging companies. Ball End Wicket wires are also sold with Wicket Wire Washers.

Bushes

We manufacture various shaped rubber bushes which are available as standard items whilst special requirements can be made to order. Tooling costs may be applicable for such special items. Where tooling is available any of our standard rubber compounds may be selected. The installation depends on whether the rubber bush may be a loose fit on assembly or pressed into place. Also, the act of assembly may compress the rubber bush against mating surfaces to eliminate play or to provide a pre-load. Typical Applications of rubber bushes include isolation of surfaces - typically an internal bolt from an adjacent flat or cylindrical surface. The materials include rubber: Natural rubber (polyisoprene) of different grades. Alternative elastomers available on request.

Silicone Electrical Parts

We are the wide range manufacturers of Silicone Electrical Parts such as Washers, Gaskets, Seals, Silicone Insulations, O-Rings and Sponge Washers. Furthermore, a self adhesive backing can be applied to one or both faces to aid in the application process. High temperature adhesives are readily available where appropriate. Silicone sponge strip are readily available in custom pre cut lengths or in silicone sponge strip coils at any given length, width and thickness.
